What does the BDSC do
|
We raise funds to: |
Encourage young riders by supporting the Pony Club Area
Dressage Competitions and awarding training grants and rosettes at the
Pony Club Championships |
We support and sponsor the Talent Spotting Scheme to find
and encourage talented young riders and paralympic riders. We also sponsor
the Development Day for assessors of the scheme |
We organise trips abroad to international
dressage competitions for members of the BDSC to enjoy, including
the European Championships and the World Equestrian Games |
We have the BDSC marquee at the International
meeting at Hickstead and the National Championships at Stoneleigh
where members can meet up and watch the dressage |
We have a very successful dinner and
dance each year combined with our AGM, at which we award certificates
to those riders who have represented Great Britain abroad during the
previous year. |
What's in it for me? |
Full use of the BDSC stand at major shows. |
Free annual draw for prizes donated by Albion. |
A Newsletter twice a year. |
Knowledge that you are supporting dressage at all levels. |
Friendship with like minded dressage enthusiasts. |
